Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving us notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointment software will EMAIL and/or TEXT you 48 hours prior, as a courtesy to confirm your appointment, however this only a courtesy and should not be relied upon. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they are here for their scheduled appointment. We require a credit card in order to schedule any appointments, if you happen to cancel less than 24 hours or no show we will charge the card you provided when scheduling, an amount equal to 100% of the service. Should your credit card on file be invalid when missed appointment fee is attempted, we will send you an invoice that must be paid 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment, or your next appointment will be cancelled. If you show up late, your service time will be reduced, as to not affect the client after you, and you will be responsible for full payment of your scheduled service. This policy is enacted out of respect for our technicians and our clients. When scheduling an appointment, this verifies that I have read and understand the above statements and agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We understand that moms don't always have time to themselves and we love children, however we ask that you NOT bring young children to your appointment as we cannot watch them and focus on servicing you and our other clients that are there to relax and get pampered. We have instruments and products that could be harmful to a child. We want everyone to feel relaxed and pampered! Thank you for your understanding.
